Now residing in Los Angeles by way of Oxnard and Ventura County, Annika Wolfe is an artist we at 6AM have been personally admiring and following for several years.
Annika Wolfe’s early musical influences span a range of genres from Punk and New Wave to Hip Hop and Funk. Such eclectic taste brings a unique sound to Wolfe’s deep, rhythmic and raw Techno, which was first brought to our attention thanks to their releases on their own Akela Recs, followed by their EP for Truncate’s WRKTRX label and, most recently, another release on Motech Records.
No stranger to the Los Angeles underground scene, Annika Wolfe next headlines the Discovery Stage at REFORM Festival 2021 on Sunday Sept 5th of Labor Day Weekend. Info at https://link.dice.fm/reform2021
